This machine is computer controlled. The five feed finger system can easily switch individual yarn fingers for any variety of stripe Length.

The 5th finger can be used to put a control yarn, a proven yarn that will dye the correct color. When dyed this yarn is used to match the (correct colored control yarn) with the other four test yarns in the sample.

  1. The speed or rpm. of machine can be changed to any speed between 0 and 350 rpms.

  2. Stitch cam adjustment for Denier count, Cotton count, Worsted count, Metric count is automatically set when yarn is chosen.
The KLM machine can be used for:
